  The “Khnott Lagrein Trentino” from Cantina di Trento is made from 100% Lagrein, an indigenous grape variety cultivated in the sun-kissed Lagarina Valley in Trentino. The grapes ripen on barren moraine and gravel soils, which give the vine natural precision and mineral depth. After selective hand harvesting, maceration takes place in stainless steel, followed by a short maturation phase in large wooden barrels - an approach that harmoniously combines freshness and power.

In the glass, this Lagrein displays an intense ruby color with violet reflections - a visual promise of concentration and varietal typicity. The nose is permeated by notes of dark berries, such as blackberries and cherries, accompanied by spicy hints (e.g., cardamom) and a subtle earthy note.
