  The Arjent Sauvignon from Cantina di Trento stands out thanks to its alpine origins and poetic name - “Arjent” comes from Ladin and means “silver,” referring to the silvery-bright soils above Trento. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes thrive here on barren, limestone- and gravel-rich slopes with good exposure and fresh mountain air. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo gentle cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with minimal use of wood to preserve the variety's typical freshness and clarity.

In the glass, this white wine presents itself with a light straw yellow color and fine greenish reflections—a visual harbinger of its lightness and fidelity to its origins. The nose reveals aromas of elderflower, yellow figs, and fresh herbs, underpinned by a subtle mineral note that makes the mountain terroir palpable. On the palate, Arjent shows a lively structure: juicy fruit, elegant spice, and a precise texture lead to a finish with lasting freshness.
