The main characters of this interesting Cuveè are the grape varieties Syrah from historic vineyards, as well as Vien de Nus and Petit-Rouge. Violet reflections and sparkling ruby red present themselves in the glass. On the nose, an intense, fruity aroma of ripe red berries. Finally, on the palate, a fascinating balance of elegance and volume - full-bodied and flattering. - Gerardo

© www.lacrotta.it The red Crème is a cuvèe of Syrah, Vien de Nus and Petit Rouge. The grapes grown on southern slopes become the perfect synthesis of the Vallée d'Aosta wine region. The harvest takes place in the first half of October and, after a long maceration and aging on the lees for at least 12 months (of which at least 50% in small wooden barrels), a wine of unique character is obtained, with powerful and elegant notes that blend together in a fascinating balance of ripe red berries and spices. - Gerardo
