Pure varietal Pinot Noir grown in vineyards from 450 to 650 meters above sea level: bright ruby red color in the glass. Fruity, floral aroma of fruit, violets and rose hips. Intense and persistent aroma with soft tannins and well integrated acidity. - Gerardo

Gerardo's Notes: 'The vineyards are located in the communes of Nus, Quart, Chambave, Verrayes, Saint-Denis, Chatillon and Saint-Vincent, consistently at an altitude of 450 to 650 meters. This altitude is of particular importance and offers a microclimate characterized by summers with low rainfall and high daytime temperatures and cold nights. A great Pinot Noir from the 'extreme sites' of the Aosta Valley.
