The color is a pale straw yellow, the aroma is reminiscent of ripe apple, fig, as well as subtle banana. In the mouth it is very fresh, dry and pleasantly full-bodied. The well-known grape variety Müller-Thurgau is a crossbreed of Riesling and Sylvaner, which was created in order to survive in the cooler, northern climates. In 1946, this grape variety was also introduced in Valle d'Aosta, where it is well suited for cultivation due to the climate of the region. - Gerardo
