The Carricante grapes for this Etna Bianco come from Contrada Praino near Milo, Contrade Verzella, Pietramarina and Arrigo near Castiglione di Sicilia. The color in the glass is an intense yellow, on the nose notes of Granny Smith apple as well as red grapefruit and some lemon blossom. Fresh and crisp on the palate, very mineral and long lasting. - Gerardo [TS12/22]
