  Cusumano's “Salealto Terre Siciliane Bianco” stands out for its exceptional origin and high-quality cuvée composition: Vinified from the indigenous Insolia, Grillo, and Zibibbo grape varieties, it originates from the high altitudes of the Tenuta Ficuzza near Palermo, at around 700 meters above sea level—a terroir characterized by fresh mountain air and Mediterranean sun. The grapes are fermented separately, then blended and aged on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for around ten months. This series of steps gives the wine depth and finesse, while remaining firmly anchored in a clear, vibrant white wine style.

In the glass, Salealto displays a strong straw yellow color with golden reflections - a visual indication of its density and elegance. The nose reveals a complex interplay of aromas: ripe yellow fruits, acacia blossoms, and a hint of citrus zest intertwine with Mediterranean herbal spices and salty minerality - an expression of its mountainous yet coastal origins.
