  Anthìlia Sicilia Bianco from the Donnafugata winery in Sicily is an expressive white wine that conveys both lightness and character with its origin and style. The grapes—mainly of the Lucido variety (a synonym for Catarratto), supplemented by other indigenous and international vines—grow on the Contessa Entellina estate and neighboring areas in southwestern Sicily on soils with a high lime and clay content. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and a short period of aging in tanks and bottles, which emphasizes the freshness and finesse of this cuvée.

In the glass, Anthìlia presents itself in a light straw yellow color that visually announces its Mediterranean origins. The bouquet reveals aromas of white peach and pear, complemented by citrus peel and delicate floral notes of meadow flowers - an inviting, fragrant composition. On the palate, the wine impresses with lively fruit, elegant minerality, and a pleasant saltiness that reflects its proximity to the sea and the terroir.
