  The Damarino Sicilia Bianco from Donnafugata is a beacon of Mediterranean freshness: a cuvée of indigenous white grape varieties such as Ansonica, Lucido (Catarratto), and Grecanico, as well as other local varieties, cultivated on limestone and clay-rich soils in southwestern Sicily, more precisely at Tenuta Contessa Entellina. At harvest time, the grapes are picked with an eye to their origin and ripeness, followed by fermentation in stainless steel and a short maturation phase in the tank - this ensures that the clarity and character typical of the variety remain noticeable.

In the glass, Damarino displays a delicate straw yellow color and exudes a lively spectrum of aromas from citrus fruits, white peach, and subtle accents of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine impresses with its elegant lightness, pleasant fruitiness, and balanced texture - the finish is fresh and inviting.
