The color is straw yellow and tends to greenish. A great wine: noble, delicate, the aroma is intense and reminiscent of the meadow flowers. Extra dry, fresh, smooth, velvety with strong notes of bitter almond, extremely round, medium alcohol and restrained acidity. For the Friulians it is the wine for all occasions. Traditionally this wine is associated with two typical Friulian delicacies, Montasio cheese and prosciutto S. Daniele. - Gerardo [TS10/18]
