Blauburgunder DOC 2023

  The Pinot Noir from the Kaltern Winery is a characterful wine that masterfully showcases the typical characteristics of this noble grape variety. Selected grapes from the best vineyards in South Tyrol are harvested with the utmost care and gently processed. The wine is aged in large wooden barrels, which gives it additional depth and structure. This method preserves the freshness of the fruit aromas while supporting the development of complex flavor nuances.

In the glass, this Pinot Noir presents itself in a bright cherry red color and unfolds a complex bouquet of red berries such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with a fine tannin structure and a long, harmonious finish.
