  The “Kleinstein” Gewürztraminer from the Bolzano Winery is a prime example of the synthesis of nature and craftsmanship. The grapes thrive on the warm, steep porphyry slopes of the Ritten above Bolzano, at altitudes of around 650 meters. These special conditions give the wine a distinctive minerality and complexity. After a short cold maceration and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes.

In the glass, the “Kleinstein” Gewürztraminer presents itself in an intense straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet seduces with floral notes of rose petals and carnations, complemented by fruity aromas of lychee, grapefruit, and tropical fruits, as well as a hint of honey. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and complex, with a pleasant spiciness and a long finish. This Gewürztraminer is a versatile accompaniment to Asian dishes, shellfish, and spicy cheeses.
