The grapes come from vineyards of the Dellago family in Missian-Eppan: the color is bright yellow with green reflections in the glass. On the nose fruity aromas of Äapples and pears. The palate is fresh and lively, full and pleasantly dry. - Gerardo [TS12/21]

Gerardo's Notes: The Höfe line embodies the best possible interaction between grape variety, soil characteristics and microclimate. The special grapes from selected sites produce expressive, varietal and complex wines. Pinot Blanc Dellago grows on porphyry and limestone soils around Bolzano at 500 meters above sea level. An elegant and powerful white wine with pleasant acidity. Good as an aperitif, but also with fish and pasta dishes, poultry and vegetarian dishes.
