Gerardo's Notes: The 'Traminer' was already a household name throughout the German-speaking world in the 13th century. Today this aromatic wine is one of the most famous wines of South Tyrol. As the name already reveals, Gewürztraminer has its ancestral home in the South Tyrolean wine village of Tramin. This wine from steep slopes selected by the cellar master seduces with intense fruity aromas and full-bodied, spicy richness.
