Gerardo's Notes: Sauvignon is one of the semi-aromatic grape varieties and captivates with its fruity and spicy aromas, vegetal scents and a pithy, fresh acidity. Vineyards with dry, sandy and gravelly soils as well as warm sites in Überetsch and on the Ritten above Bolzano were selected for the Bolzano Sauvignon. An aromatic white wine with fresh acidity, long-lasting and supple.
