  The “Dellago Pinot Bianco” from the Bolzano Winery pays homage to the terroir around Bolzano: the grapes of this variety thrive on steep slopes with limestone and porphyry-rich soils, delighting with their elegant style and clarity. The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and gently pressed in the cellar. Part of the wine matures in stainless steel, and a small portion in barriques, which gives the wine additional depth and structure. This combination of soil, grape variety, and targeted aging gives the Dellago a certain lightness and substance at the same time—a Pinot Blanc that not only delivers freshness but also profile.

In the glass, this wine displays a bright straw yellow color with delicate greenish reflections. The nose reveals enticing aromas of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and white peach, underpinned by a mineral note that clearly indicates its origin. On the palate, it combines elegance with power: a pleasant freshness and noticeable minerality lead to a harmonious finish, where the fruit does not push itself to the forefront, but is in balance with the backbone of the wine.
