Vorberg · Weißburgunder Riserva DOC 2022

  The “Vorberg” Pinot Bianco Riserva from the Terlan Winery is a passionately cultivated statement of the Pinot Bianco variety in its South Tyrolean home: the grapes come from high-altitude south and southwest-facing slopes in the Terlan DOC area, where the combination of porphyry-rich weathered soils and alpine freshness creates a terroir of impressive clarity. Hand-picked, gently pressed, and aged in large wooden barrels, the wine displays a combination of elegance and depth during aging—a style that reveals the potential of this site in all its facets.

In the glass, the Vorberg reveals a sparkling straw yellow color with slightly greenish reflections—a first indication of its freshness and vitality. The bouquet elicits notes of white peach and honeydew melon, Golden Delicious apple, and quince jelly, complemented by delicate almond notes and mineral flint accents that give the wine its characteristic depth.
