The Chardonnay from Tramin is greenish yellow in color in the glass and has a delicate fruity aroma and lively flavor. Notes of pineapple, bananas and apples as well as some vanilla and butter are present in this Chardonnay. - Gerardo [TS12/22]
Gerardo's Notes: The grapes are harvested by hand, delivered in small containers and gently pressed. The must ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.
