Chardonnay DOC 2024

  The Chardonnay from the Tramin Winery is a lively expression of South Tyrolean winemaking, embodying the elegance and diversity of the region in every bottle. This cuvée combines Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon grapes, which thrive in the calcareous clay soils and gravelly terraces between 250 and 550 meters above sea level. The special climatic conditions, with hot days and cool nights, give the grapes their characteristic freshness and aroma. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity and freshness of the wine.

In the glass, the Chardonnay presents itself in a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of white flowers and fresh apples, accompanied by a hint of citrus freshness. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and balanced, with a lively acidity that makes it an ideal accompaniment to light dishes such as pasta, rice, vegetables, or fish.
