Blauburgunder DOC 2022

  The Pinot Noir from the Tramin Winery is an elegant expression of the South Tyrolean terroir. The vines thrive at altitudes between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, where calcareous clay soils and the mild climate provide ideal conditions for this demanding grape variety. The grapes are harvested with great care and gently processed to preserve their delicate aromas. After fermentation, the wine is partially aged in barriques, which gives it additional complexity without overpowering its delicate structure.

In the glass, the Pinot Noir presents itself in a bright ruby red with delicate garnet reflections. The bouquet unfolds with aromas of wild berries, plums, and cherries, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is velvety and balanced, with a lively freshness and fine-grained tannins that give it structure.
