The Vernatsch Hexenbichler shows a ruby red color and has a pleasant fullness and persistent, round taste. It goes well with typical Tyrolean dishes and is the classic companion of the snack with bacon, Kaminwurzen and cheese. It also goes well with white meat, pizza, mushrooms and mild cheeses in general. Due to its mildness, this Vernatsch from Tramin is also suitable as a wine for in-between meals. - Gerardo [TS12/22]
