  The Stoan Südtirol Weiß from the Tramin Winery is a composition that perfectly combines expressiveness and regional character. The blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, and a small amount of Gewürztraminer reflects the character of the limestone- and gravel-rich slopes around Tramin. The name “Stoan” means “stone” in the local dialect - the soil and climate give the wine its distinctive minerality and lively fruitiness. The grapes are harvested with great care and, after gentle pressing, are slowly fermented and aged in large wooden barrels, giving the wine its depth and structure.
br>The glass reveals a light golden color that conveys an initial impression of elegance. The nose unfolds aromas of peach, apricot, pear, elderflower, and delicate spice notes, accompanied by a fine salty minerality that reflects its stony origins.
