The Kurtatscher Chardonnay smells of bananas and gingerbread spice. The characteristic Mediterranean fruitiness is given a taut acid structure by selected Chardonnay lots from the high terraced vineyards of Kurtatsch. The warm influence of the southern winds and the nightly cooling under the limestone cliffs give the wine an elegant spiciness. - Gerardo [TS07/22]
