The Zero Assoluto is a particularly dry sparkling wine with a residual sugar content of zero. With its characteristic, natural dryness, this Extra Brut meets the preferences of experienced sparkling wine connoisseurs. Particularly refreshing on hot evenings. - Gerardo [TS06/23]
"Brilliant light silver. On the nose of quince and ripe bananas, has something of the peach, light flint, seems complex. Very well balanced on the palate with restrained perlage and fine fruit, slightly salty, shows good length and fine play." - Falstaff
Gerardo's Notes: There is no dosage whatsoever in this exceedingly dry spumante, as is usually the case to round out the flavor. This results in a sparkling wine with de facto zero grams of residual sugar: on the nose, grapefruit and freshly grated lemon zest, as well as some vanilla. On the palate, exceedingly refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel and fine perlage.
