Gerardo's Notes: 'There is no dosage whatsoever in this exceedingly dry spumante, as is usually the case to round out the flavor. This results in a sparkling wine with de facto zero grams of residual sugar: on the nose, grapefruit and freshly grated lemon zest, as well as some vanilla. On the palate, exceedingly refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel and fine perlage.
