Gerardo's Notes: 'We never tire of emphasizing that Le Colture is a family business with its own vineyards. This is because the majority of Prosecco offered on the market comes from pure bottling companies without their own vineyards. For the consumer, it is becoming increasingly difficult to tell whether it is a Prosecco from industrial production or artisanal production. Not to mention the differences between 'Prosecco' and 'Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG'.
