The Prosecco Spumante Pianer comes cheerful: bright straw yellow color in the glass with persistent and fine perlage. On the nose, fruity aromas of pear, apple and peach, with a hint of citrus in the aftertaste. - Gerardo [TS06/24]

Gerardo's Notes: Generally, 'Extra Dry' stands for Prosecco variants with slightly increased residual sweetness. At Le Colture, this is skillfully paired with present acidity, which makes the 'Pianer' not appear sweet. A crisp, lively Prosecco Spumante from the family vineyards in the hilly core zone of the Prosecco area.
