The Prosecco Frizzante Mas from Le Colture is a tribute to the origins of Prosecco - traditionally sealed with the characteristic string tie, it charmingly embodies the craftsmanship and family tradition of the Ruggeris from Valdobbiadene. The grapes come exclusively from their own vineyards and are carefully harvested by hand to preserve the full aroma of the Glera grape variety. In the glass, it is pale straw yellow with a lively, fine perlage and an aroma profile that combines delicate floral notes with fresh fruit such as lemon, green apple and white peach.
On the palate, the Frizzante is pleasantly light and balanced, with a fresh, playful character and a gentle mousse. The restrained carbon dioxide makes it particularly easy to drink and accessible, while its fine fruity aroma lingers for a long time.
