The bouquet is fresh and fruity with notes of cherries, red berries and elderberry, giving it an inviting fullness. Der Concerto von Medici Ermete ist ein traditionell nach der 'Fermentazione naturale' hergestellter Lambrusco, der trocken ausgebaut ein wunderbarer Essensbegleiter der besonderen Art ist. Mit diesem Lambrusco hat Medici Ermete eindrucksvoll bewiesen was Lambrusco sein kann, kein Wunder das diese Edelversion regelmäßig die Höchstauszeichnung von 3-Gläsern im Weinführer Gambero Rosso erhält.
