  The “Graf” Riesling from the Merano Winery comes from selected high altitudes above Merano and in the Vinschgau Valley, where the vines are rooted in permeable moraine debris—an origin that shapes both minerality and style. Hand harvesting, particularly gentle whole-cluster pressing, and spontaneous fermentation showcase the grape variety with a clear focus; The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees, preserving its authentic expression and origin.

In the glass, this Riesling displays a fresh straw yellow color with a greenish sheen. The experience begins with aromas of peach, yellow stone fruit, and subtle citrus accents, underpinned by a slate-like minerality that makes its alpine origin palpable.
