© www.kellereimeran.it The Passito “Sissi” from the Merano Winery is an impressive homage to South Tyrolean wine culture, focusing on two aromatic white wine varieties: the spicy Goldmuskateller forms the stylistic basis, on which the tropical fruit of the Gewürztraminer unfolds with delicate elegance. The production process is particularly noteworthy: hand-picked berries are air-dried before being gently processed and matured in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels.
