  The Pinot Bianco Riserva “V Years” from the Merano Winery celebrates the art of white wine with impressive calm. Its grapes come exclusively from a select single vineyard below Tyrol Castle near Dorf Tirol, which gives the wine a clear origin and characteristic soil influence. Patience is deliberately maintained in the winery: after gentle whole-cluster pressing, the wine first matures in large wooden barrels and then for several years on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks—a lengthy process that gives the Pinot Blanc a striking depth and elegance.

In the glass, this exceptional Pinot Blanc displays a clear, bright lemon yellow color with slightly greenish reflections, a harbinger of its freshness and clarity. Its bouquet opens with notes of citrus peel and herbs, overlaid with a subtle hint of bread crust and smoke, indicative of its aging and storage.
