Rosenmuskateller DOC 2021 (1er Geschenkbox)

  The “Rosenmuskateller” from Muri-Gries is a rare specialty from South Tyrol that captivates with its exquisite aroma and monastic origins. The grapes come from a sunny south-facing slope at the confluence of the Adige and Eisack rivers on sandy-loamy alluvial soils and are harvested late to achieve maximum flavor and concentration. After careful maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques - a process that gives its variety a muscat-intensive depth.

In the glass, the wine shimmers in a light ruby red with delicate hints of rose scent. The nose reveals rose petals, freshly grated nutmeg, dried apricots and figs, and hints of cloves - a bouquet of almost oriental intensity. On the palate, the Rosenmuskateller impresses with its elegant balance between ripe fruit and delicate sweetness, supported by a fine spiciness and velvety texture: the finish is playful and long-lasting.
