NM · Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2021

  The NM Cuvee Bianco from the Kellerei Nals-Margreid cooperative in the heart of South Tyrol combines around 70% Chardonnay with 30% Sauvignon Blanc and has its roots in the deep, calcareous soils of Magrè and the mineral-rich porphyry and limestone gravel of Nals. Hand-picked and gently pressed, the wine matures for around three weeks at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks before spending a further five months on the fine lees, giving it an expressive structure.

In the glass, NM Cuvee is a clear straw yellow with medium body. The nose is characterized by exotic notes such as pineapple and passion fruit, as well as fresh acacia blossom and grassy components. On the palate, it impresses with well-balanced minerality, crisp acidity, and an elegant, almost creamy texture—making this white wine equally suitable as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fine fish dishes, poultry, or sophisticated vegetarian dishes. - Gerardo [TS10/22]
