Gerardo's Notes: 'Alastro - named after a wildflower that grows in the area surrounding the Planeta winery - is a blend of mainly Grecanico and a small percentage of a particularly aromatic variety: Sauvignon Blanc. Lightly aromatic, delicately structured, with scents of white melon, fresh citrus and white flowers, it is a perfect match for Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisine.
