The Alastro Sicilia Menfi Bianco shines in the glass in a clear straw yellow with greenish reflections and already shows its freshness and liveliness visually. The nose reveals a multi-layered bouquet of white peach from Mount Etna, ripe honeydew melon and subtle hints of white chocolate and meringue, making the wine particularly inviting. The aromas are playful and elegant at the same time.
On the palate, the Alastro surprises with a harmonious interplay of freshness and gentle creaminess. The lively acidity provides structure and underlines the wine's vitality, while the finish impresses with intense floral notes and lasting elegance.
