Bright straw yellow color with light green reflections. On the nose apple notes, typical of wines from high altitude, white flowers, wild honey. Well recognizable mineral notes reminiscent of mint. The wine is still young with primary olfactory notes that evolve with time. Acidity and freshness, as befits wines from Aetna. Long and persistent, full-bodied. - Gerardo [TS08/21]
