A lively and multi-layered white wine that impressively expresses the influences of the Etna terroir. In the glass, it is a bright straw yellow with delicate green reflections. The bouquet reveals the characteristic apple notes of wines from high altitudes, accompanied by white flowers and a hint of wild honey. Fresh, mineral accents reminiscent of mint lend it additional depth and elegance.
On the palate, the Carricante Eruzione 1614 presents itself with remarkable freshness and lively acidity, typical of the wines of this volcanic region. Its texture is full-bodied and at the same time firm, with a persistent length characterized by a delicate minerality.
