This exceptional, pure Pinot Noir thrives on the fertile soils of Mount Etna and is only cultivated on a small, carefully selected area. Although Pinot Noir has been cultivated in the region for centuries, albeit on a limited scale, this Pinot Noir is a unique and original interpretation of the noble grape variety.
The Pinot Nero Eruzione 1614 has an intense ruby red color in the glass. The bouquet is fine and complex, with aromas of red berries, roses and delicate spicy notes. The palate reveals a harmonious balance between fruit and freshness, supported by elegant tannins and a distinctive minerality that is typical of the volcanic soils of Mount Etna.
