  The Primitivo 15 is a remarkable wine as it is made entirely without added sulphur - a real statement in terms of naturalness and precision craftsmanship. Although a small amount of sulphur dioxide is naturally produced during alcoholic fermentation, the usual addition for stabilization is deliberately avoided here. This places the highest demands on the quality of the grapes and on cleanliness and care throughout the vinification process. Only perfectly healthy grapes and flawless ageing make such a purist approach possible.

The result is a lively, authentic Primitivo that does not compromise on fruit, freshness and structure, despite the absence of sulphur. Dark berries, ripe cherries and a hint of spice characterize the bouquet, while on the palate it is soft, harmonious and has a natural depth that makes it particularly easy to drink.
