This classic cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is carefully matured for several months in large oak barrels. It has a strong ruby red color with garnet reflections that already hint at the depth of the wine. Spicy notes of dark forest fruits unfold on the nose, accompanied by a hint of incense. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and concentrated, with grippy tannins that give the wine structure and backbone, and a long, harmonious finish. - Gerardo [TS10/23]
