  The “Canthus” Gewürztraminer Passito from the Schreckbichl Winery is an exceptional sweet wine that embodies the artistry of South Tyrolean winemakers in its purest form. This noble sweet wine is made from hand-picked Gewürztraminer grapes, which are harvested shortly before the onset of winter to achieve optimal ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are gently dried to concentrate their natural sugars and aromas. The subsequent vinification is carried out with the utmost care to preserve the typical aromas of this noble grape variety while ensuring a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity.

In the glass, Canthus presents itself in an intense golden yellow color that already hints at its concentration and depth. The bouquet unfolds an opulent interplay of aromas of exotic fruits such as mango and pineapple, complemented by notes of dried fruit and a hint of caramel. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with a fine acidity that perfectly balances the natural sweetness and ensures a long-lasting, elegant finish.
