The Cabernet Sauvignon 'Lafòa' is a jewel among the top South Tyrolean wines and enjoys international renown: this red wine, coming from the family vineyard of Luis Raifer, is produced year after year with great care in vineyard and cellar. Deep, violet-red color as well as aromatic bouquet of currants and blackberries. Underpinned by wild herbs and fine wood notes. On the palate, the grippy tannins are noticeable, giving the wine a stable backbone. - Gerardo

'Powerful bright ruby with cherry red rim. Subtle aromas of ripe blueberries and cassis, plus juniper and cardamom, slightly smoky on the nose with a hint of white pepper. Meets the palate with fine fruit melt, appears very juicy, with velvety interwoven tannin and pleasant creaminess, stoffig, emphatically long finish, great harmony.' - Falstaff
