  The Sauvignon from the Schreckbichl winery embodies the alpine freshness of South Tyrol in a clear, precise form. The grapes thrive in the cool high altitudes around Eppan, on calcareous soils that give the wine a fine minerality. After harvesting, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, which optimally preserves the fruity aromas. This Sauvignon Blanc captivates with its clear structure and lively freshness, making it a representative of its grape variety full of character.

In the glass, the wine displays a bright pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and complex, with aromas of elderflower, passion fruit, and lime, accompanied by subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a harmonious balance between fruit and acidity. The finish is long and mineral, giving this Sauvignon Blanc a remarkable elegance.
