Straw yellow color, the fresh and delicate aroma reminiscent of yellow roses and nutmeg, some cloves and cinnamon. Strong body, spicy and with lively acidity. 'Atise' is the first documentary mention of the Adige River, which after the Ice Age took its course through the Überetsch. On the soils prepared in this way, the demanding Gewürztraminer vine finds its ideal location. - Gerardo [TS06/21]
