  The “Lafòa” Sauvignon from the Schreckbichl Winery is a prime example of the high level of craftsmanship in South Tyrolean winemaking. “Lafòa” represents the winery's highest quality line and symbolizes its commitment to creating white wines with a strong structure, finesse, and great aging potential. This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in the best locations in South Tyrol, where sandy and calcareous soils and an ideal microclimate provide optimal conditions for ripening. After harvesting, the grapes are gently processed, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the wine's freshness and fruitiness.

In the glass, the “Lafòa” Sauvignon Blanc presents itself in a bright straw yellow with green reflections. Its bouquet seduces with intense aromas of elderflower, acacia, and citrus fruits, underpinned by fine mineral notes.
