Pinot Bianco belongs to the noble Burgundy family and finds optimal conditions in South Tyrol to fully develop its fresh, delicately fruity profile. It has a clear, light yellow color in the glass and exudes fine aromas of green apple, citrus fruit and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, it impresses with its lively acidity, elegant structure and invigorating freshness, which makes it particularly accessible and versatile.
This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs equally well with light starters, fish dishes or cold roasts.
