Cabernet and Merlot are recognized worldwide as high-quality grape varieties. For the production of Cabernet-Merlot Sanct Valentin only grapes from particularly sunny vineyards are used. The yield is extremely low, the grape varieties are vinified individually. First produced in 2013, Cabernet-Merlot Sanct Valentin is a premium, extremely complex red wine with fine tannins.
