  The St. Valentin Cabernet-Merlot Riserva from the St. Michael-Eppan winery is a profound red wine with impressive charisma. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot masterfully combines structure and finesse: while the Cabernet Sauvignon brings spice and tannin structure, the Merlot contributes a smooth fruitiness, complemented by the subtle elegance of the Cabernet Franc.
