Characteristic of Merlot is the mild and gentle aroma with notes of plum jam, tobacco, hay and coffee. The taste is dry and soft, spicy, harmonious, with fruity aromas of blackberries and plums. Rjgialla · Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOP 2023

Elegant and intense bouquet, floral and fruity, fragrant, with great class and continuity. It unfolds with notes of acacia, plum and yellow peach, rennet apple. The palate is intense and full, with agile body that reflects the varietal characteristics of Ribolla Gialla. Dry and tasty, thanks to the vinification method it is pleasantly fresh. Biancosesto is a great white wine with a refined and elegant bouquet of small pastries, vanilla and acacia flowers, mixed with lively and fresh notes of fruit and white flowers. The palate is delicate and full, but at the same time agile and tasty. It is a wine with great personality, which in its long finish recalls the typical characteristics of its grape varieties of origin: the light almond of Friulano and the fresh sensations of Ribolla.
