Chelucci Riccioli, with their playful, corkscrew-like shape reminiscent of little curls, bring vibrancy to every plate. However, this artistic spiral structure is not merely a visual highlight but serves an important culinary purpose: creamy sauces, small vegetable pieces, and fine herbs get caught equally well within the tight twists, creating a harmonious union of all ingredients. Whether in a rich cheese and cream sauce, a rustic sugo, or as a sturdy base for Mediterranean pasta salads, Riccioli ensure an exciting mouthfeel and perfect flavor distribution with every bite.

For production, the Chelucci manufactory relies on uncompromising quality: the best Tuscan durum wheat semolina is kneaded with pure spring water from the Pistoiese Apennines into an elastic dough. Drawing the pasta through bronze dies gives it its characteristic rough surface which binds sauces particularly well, while patient drying at low temperatures protects the valuable nutrients and the natural taste of the grain.
