This Chianti comes from Montespertoli: the color is an intense ruby red and smells of red and black fruits such as cherry and plum; the palate is tasty and juicy with a pleasant finish. Nasyr · Syrah Lazio Rosso IGT 2020

Fine, single varietal Syrah from Lazio: Dense, dark and bright red in the glass. The bouquet announces violets, small berry fruits and a bit of green pepper. The palate is rich, dense and concentrated. Although the origins of Syrah refer to Syria and the Rhone Valley, Nasyr is good proof that this grape variety can also achieve excellent results in Lazio. - Gerardo [TS06/21]

Primula Lucis · Lazio Rosso IGT 2022

The single-varietal, dry Cesanese 'Primula Lucis' presents an intense ruby red color in the glass. On the nose, the wine recalls blackberries and black cherries, with hints of licorice and pepper. The palate is soft and refined, accompanied by mild tannins. - Gerardo [TS06/23]

Chianti Superiore DOCG 2021

The Chianti of Fattoria Uccelliera is an eternal classic and has always delighted with rustic elegance: bright ruby color in the glass, the aroma of ripe cherries, plums and violets. Ginepraia · Rosso Toscana IGT 2021

Typical Tuscan red of deep ruby color. The aroma is of ripe cherries and currants. Soft and harmonious on the palate, underlined by mild tannins. Ginepraia is made mainly from the indigenous grape variety Sangiovese, with small inputs of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as some Petit Verdot. - Gerardo [TS12/22]

010 · Lugana DOC 2023

This Lugana, typical of the area, is made from grapes from the oldest Bulgarini vineyards and aged for a short time in wooden barrels:

The color is an intense straw yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot, accented by some honey and spices. Intense and harmonious on the palate, wide and well structured. Lasts long and persistent. - Gerardo [TS06/24]

Palombara · Primitivo di Manduria IGT 2019

Primitivo Palombara is the result of a selective harvest, grape by grape, carried out entirely by hand, and is a great Apulian red wine, a perfect combination, with broad and powerful but soft and flattering tannins. Roundness and softness are the defining characteristics of this complex and elegant wine, a little star of the Apulian winemaking tradition that contains the true soul of Primitivo.

Intense and bright ruby red color. Elegant nose with fruity and floral notes of red fruits such as plums, ripe red cherries, blackberries, red currants and blueberries, with the unmistakable aroma of ripe Primitivo grapes with naturally sun-dried berries, characteristic of the variety.

Sogno · Circeo Rosso Merlot-Cesanese DOC 2017

7 Dieci · Toscana Syrah IGT 2015

A single varietal Syrah of deep ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose of red fruits, roasted coffee and peppers. The palate is elegant and well-structured, with fine tannins.

The Syrah is currently becoming the new grape of Tuscany, as it finds there ideal climatic conditions. In honor of the founder of Uccelliera - Dr. Antonio Bulleri - the '7 Dieci' was created. - Gerardo

Vin Santo del Chianti DOCG 2014

Vin Santo is the expression of the typical Tuscan dessert wine. The grapes Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano are selected in the field and harvested late. After a drying period, the must is fermented for at least 4 years in small oak, cherry and chestnut barrels. Then the wine is bottled and aged in horizontal bottles for about 6 months. Vin Santo is a wine that can be drunk with desserts, cheese or with conversation. - Gerardo [TS08/15]

La Vila · Friulano Friuli Isonzo DOC 2020

Pure varietal Friulano from estate vineyards on the right bank of the Isonzo River. 'La Vila' is based on the idea of focusing on two elements: The terroir and the grape variety. The wine does not require barrel aging or oenological tricks, which brings out its natural aroma to the fullest. This interesting white wine has an extensive fruit bouquet of white flowers and bright fruits. Fresh, powerful and persistent on the palate. Lively, storable white wine of the highest quality.

The 'Vini Selezioni' come from the in-house cru vineyards Gris and Picol, with the vines having a minimum age of 10 years (average 25 years). The harvest is done exclusively by hand, the aging only in small part in large wooden barrels - the rest in stainless steel. then the wines mature for ten months on the fine lees and are bottled only eleven months after the harvest. Graticciaia · Salento Rosso IGT 2016

This red wine, made exclusively from Negroamaro grapes, is an Italian original of international fame: the particular production process is reminiscent of Amarone and Sforzato, with the grapes dried outdoors on the kiln, without the use of technology and following ancestral methods. Still dry, this straw wine has been one of the most interesting red wine specialties of Puglia for decades, with concentrated aromas of Amarena cherries and some cigar box. Still dry on the palate with lush berry fruit, while balanced and harmoniously structured. The name of this wine legend is Graticciaia. - Gerardo [TS06/17]

"The 2009 Graticciaia is one of the most distinctive wines to emerge from Puglia today. Fruit is sourced from ancient alberello or head-pruned vines and is air-dried on straw mats (called 'graticci' in Italian) for up to three weeks. Stylistically, the wine shares many of the dried fruit characteristics of Amarone from Northern Italy. This expression of Negroamaro delivers dark fruit aromas of prune, raisin, scorched earth and burnt almond shell. It ages in Allier and Never barrique for one year. The charred notes are very strong and come in stark contrast to the very noticeable jammy sweetness that this wine delivers to the palate. The finish is chewy, soft and very ripe.

Vallone is responsible for the only 'aia' wine of Puglia this is loosely inspired by the great 'aia' wines of Tuscany (Solaia, Ornellaia and Sassicaia) in terms of intensity and pedigree. But the winemaking methodology is completely different here. Vallone's Graticciaia is made with air-dried fruit similar to Amarone della Valpolicella.
