  The “Pfefferer Sun” from the Schreckbichl Winery is a lively white wine cuvée that embodies the sunny freshness of South Tyrol. Named after the historic pepper trade that once shaped the region, this wine combines Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties into a harmonious ensemble. The grapes thrive on sandy and calcareous soils in the Dolomites, where cool nights and warm days create ideal conditions for the development of intense aromas. After harvesting, the grapes are vinified together to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of each variety.
