This fresh, uncomplicated Dolcetto d'Alba is a typical representative of its origin and an ideal accompaniment to the hearty dishes of Piedmontese cuisine. In the glass, it is a bright ruby red with violet reflections - a real eye-catcher. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of wild berries, accompanied by a fine hint of allspice, which adds a pleasant spicy component.
On the palate, the wine is straightforward and smooth. The juicy fruit harmonizes perfectly with the soft tannins and well-integrated, lively acidity. The result is a well-balanced, easy-drinking Dolcetto which, with its light-hearted style and typical characteristics, goes particularly well with pasta, pizza or classic antipasti.
