Gerardo's Notes: 'On the southern shores of Benaco, a fresh and gentle rosé like Rosa dei Frati has always been produced. A rosato of high level, able to surprise with its refreshing and delicate nature. The nose reveals notes of hawthorn blossom, green apple, white almond and wild cherry. The palate is tasty, fresh, lively and of lively acidity and the hints of small red fruits. The lightness with which it is drunk invites you to drink the next glass with a carefree attitude.
